Grab hold of your great bowl and mix. 2 bananas, quartered and chopped, not too big, not too small. 1 apple peeled, sliced, and chopped. 5-6 strawberries, or 7 or 8! Heaping handful of blueberries. Handful of chocolate chips, roughly chopped.
